Position Description
Extension's client is looking for an Accountant for a good client. The role is designed to play a significant part in the Accounts Payable process - from start to finish. In addition, you will be dealing with customer invoices, doing some intercompany account reconciliations, cycle and inventory counting and some fixed assets. You will also be called upon to do special projects for the Controller.
This is a great opportunity to not only take ownership of Accounts Payable, but also be exposed to all areas of accounting.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Accounting or Finance ideal, but could consider an Associates degree
- 3 + years of experience in Accounting with strong Accounts Payable experience
- Experience with large ERP system, like Peoplesoft, SAP, Oracle or JDEdwards
