Background/Expertise:Associates degree of nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's degree of nursing (BSN) or non-nursing Bachelor's degree with Master's degree of nursing (MSN) required.ADN graduates with less than 5 years of acute care experience required to sign agreement to complete BSN or MSN within 3 years of hire.Minimum of one (1) year of RN Staff Nurse experience required, acute care RN Staff Nurse experience preferred.Two (2)years critical care (ICU, IMCU, step down) experience preferred.Current unencumbered licensure to practice nursing as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oregon.BLS issued by the American Heart Association required.
